Shipping Policy
We ship physical products to eligible delivery addresses shown at checkout. Available shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimates are presented during checkout when applicable.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is successfully received. Processing time and delivery time are separate. Some products may ship from different fulfillment locations or suppliers, so items in the same order may arrive separately.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after shipment. Tracking can take time to update after a carrier receives a package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, an address change may not be possible.
